Looks to me like this Super-I/O chip is not wired for hardware
monitoring at all. Not only the temperature readings are missing, but
you also don't have any fan speed reported, and many voltages seem to
be wrong, too.

Super-I/O chips have many functions, hardware monitoring is only one of
them, so it happens that manufacturers use such chips on their
motherboards but are not interested by the hardware monitoring features
and do not wire them.

Is this board advertised as having hardware monitoring capabilities? Do
you see temperatures or fan speeds in the BIOS setup screens?
