IT8712F-A and ECS-RX480A mainboard has erradic CPU temp

For the temperature the BIOS sets the sensors as sensor 1: type 2,
sensor, sensor 2: type 3, sensor 3: type 2. Sensors 1 works and shows
the case temperature, but sensor 2 seems to oscillate from about -120 C
to about 90 C, and sensor 3 reads from -9 C to -7 C, and sensor 3 seems
to be nothing because it doesn't change with the CPU idling or working
hard. The voltages are reading correctly, but I just haven't changed
their labels to correspond to that of the BIOS. I'll change the fan to
remove the warning, but the CPU fan speed can be adjusted by PWM
adjustments so I'll probably just change the min, and max spin speed.
