Sorry I don't know much information.
I happen to know w83792d driver did not in the RHEL UP2, 
Rudolf has some backport which can be found here:
http://www.assembler.cz/download/w83792d/
But it needs a little modification when using on RHEL4 UP2 (2.6.9-22).
I have a version that can work on RHEL4 UP2 (2.6.9-22), but it won't
work if the drivers it depends on are not with RHEL UP2.
I would send it to you if you want try.
