Hi. I have bunch of machines with Intel SE7210TP1-E motherboard running Fedora Core 2 and lm_sensors 2.8.6 (installed with yum). Some of the machines report problems with the CPU temperature beeing to high ("CPU0: Temperature above threshold","CPU0: Running in modulated clock mode") I've run 'sensors-detect', but when I run 'sensors' I get both wrong voltage readings(not that important) and wrong temperature readings. ---------------------------------------------------- w83627hf-isa-0290 Adapter: ISA adapter VCore 1: +0.03 V (min = +1.95 V, max = +2.16 V) VCore 2: +1.18 V (min = +1.95 V, max = +2.16 V) +3.3V: +3.33 V (min = +3.14 V, max = +3.47 V) +5V: +4.97 V (min = +4.76 V, max = +5.24 V) +12V: +11.98 V (min = +10.82 V, max = +13.19 V) -12V: +1.21 V (min = -13.18 V, max = -10.80 V) -5V: +0.33 V (min = -5.25 V, max = -4.75 V) V5SB: +5.51 V (min = +4.76 V, max = +5.24 V) VBat: +0.13 V (min = +2.40 V, max = +3.60 V) fan1: 0 RPM (min = 5232 RPM, div = 2) fan2: 0 RPM (min = 10546 RPM, div = 2) fan3: 5113 RPM (min = -1 RPM, div = 8) temp1: +127?C (high = +40?C, hyst = +37?C) sensor = PII/Celeron diode temp2: +127.5?C (high = +80?C, hyst = +75?C) sensor = 3904 transistor ALARM temp3: +126.5?C (high = +80?C, hyst = +75?C) sensor = thermistor ALARM vid: +2.050 V alarms: Chassis intrusion detection ALARM beep_enable: Sound alarm disabled ---------------------------------------------------- Some more info (I don't have physical access to the machines right now): # sensors -v sensors version 2.8.6 # uname -a Linux wsl012 2.6.8-1.521smp #1 SMP Mon Aug 16 09:25:06 EDT 2004 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux Output from dmesg,ic2detect... is in attached files. -- Roger H?kansson , Senior Consultant Algitech Consulting AB S?dra Kungsgatan 3(Office) Box 28, S-971 02 Lule? , Sweden Tel: +46 (0)920 88313 Mobile: +46 (0)705 549533 Fax: +1 (0)928 222 7116 E-mail: roger.hakansson at algitech.com -------------- next part -------------- An embedded and charset-unspecified text was scrubbed...
