Ticket #1922

Hello,

I think my answer could actually have been less helpful. Reading it
again, I find it is quite detailed, especially when compared to the data
you provided. I could have not answered at all. Or I could have deleted
the ticket altogether, since it lacked the relevant information that
were required for us to help you.

The information you provided is at least incomplete, and in fact partly
wrong. You don't tell what distribution you are using. You don't tell
if the kernel you use shipped with the distribution, or if you compiled
it by yourself (and from what sources). You say you use lm_sensors 2.9.0
when several hints prove that at least the w83781d driver is from an
older version (2.8.6 at best, but probably even older). This raises some
doubt on the user-space tools as well.

In other words, the quality of my answer is as good as the lack of
quality of your support request allowed. If it doesn't please you, you
can only blame yourself.

Now you come and complain, less than politely, that we did not help, but
you still fail to provide any additional information I requested. You
don't act like someone who really wants to get things to work, but more
like someone who likes to just complain. Until you adopt a different
behavior, you are on your own, sorry.
