Not really. I hardly know any of these.

Your best chance is to ask Google about them. You are looking for a chip
that is I2C or SMBus compatible, with 0x1f being a possible address
(some docs could refer to is as 0x3e, which is more or less the "read
address" for i2c address 0x1f).

Remember that you are probably after a really small chip, since it has
very few registers.
