It is the program for overclocking the boards, using ATXP1 chip http://freshmeat.net/redir/8rdavcore/40216/url_bz2/8rdavcore-0.5.5.tar.bz2 this is linux version that can at least change voltages. It seems that FSB regulation is not there (this chip has no public datasheet) Maybe you can ask for sources the author of this program. Hope this helps Regards Rudolf
