Here's a note from Arima where they say that 2.7.0 works while newer versions don't.  I haven't yet tried it.

We tried lm_sensors 2.7.0, 2.8.0 and 2.8.1,
but only 2.7.0 could work.
Our software engineer still look for the solution of the 2.8.x.
Please used lm_sensors 2.7.0 now.
Vaughn already mailed the information to Bob and John.

Paul Shay suggested that I contact you for technical support.  I am evaluating an Arima HDAMA motherboard for use in Linux compute clusters.  I would like to be able to monitor temperatures and fan speeds.  Reading the motherboard documentation, I understand that there is an adm1026 chip on the board.  I have tried to use the lm_sensors (http://secure.netroedge.com/~lm78/index.html) package but have so far been unsuccessful.  It is able to detect the AMD 8111 and 756 chips, but it can not find the adm1026 chip.  

Can you give me any suggestions for hardware monitoring under Linux?  Have you been able to make the lm_sensors package work for you?  Or is there another package that I should use instead?

The detailed output of sensors-detect is attached below.  Please let me know if you need any more information to help me diagnose this problem.
