i2c-pcf-epp license

Hello, everyone.

I'm little surprized to hear the module is in use somewhere.
Of cource I'm very pleased to accept  to set the licence for that module
(i2c-pcf-epp) to GPL.
I think the code was based on i2c-pcf-elector.c or something, so please
confirm the author of that module, too.
