re testing support for sis 650 host bridge chipset

I have a motherboard with sis650 chipset (lspci://00:00.0 Host bridge: 
Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS]: Unknown device 0650 (rev 01)).
I am willing to help test support for this if required.
