i2cdump indicates it's a 782d but it could be one of
those as99127f chips instead, try 
'modprobe w83781d force_as99127f=0,0x2d'.
also try force_w83781d instead, since your negative voltages
look so whacky.
While it's set for 782d, try changing the sensor type for
the temps by changing lines in sensors.conf and rerunning
'sensors -s'.
