Scheduling LPC live-patching miniconf

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

we're getting closer to the actual event, and therefore I think it's about
the right time to think a bit about scheduling.

We have 8 topics up for discussion, and there is a Wednesday 2:00pm -
5:00pm available for us.

As the original proposal was to make the miniconf as much
discussion/brainstorming oriented as possible, I'd like to suggest that
each topic owner prepares a rather brief and brisk presentation that'd
formulate the issue(s) and would serve as an opener of further discussion.

In theory it shouldn't be too big of a problem if we run a bit overtime,
as the evening event starts only at 6:30, but I think overflowing the
allocated 3 hours too much makes a little sense, as everybody would be
pretty much dead after three hours anyway.

In case you really absolutely require long time slot for presentation,
please let me know.

Thanks,
