Correction to my previous e-mail: the topic / session proposals should be 
submitted through 

	https://www.linuxplumbersconf.org/2016/ocw/events/LPC2016/proposals

>From there, once accepted, it will make it to the livepatching mini-conf 
schedule.

I've put this information to the wiki as well.

Therefore I'd like to ask everybody who's willing to submit a proposal to 
do so via the webpage above.
