Yes.  Try formatting a filesystem, carving off a small amount to make
sure it works (because the last AG is mostly empty), then try carving
off bigger chunks of the AG.  This will probably require a follow-up
test whenever you get AG removal working.

Hmm.  Yeah, there probably should be a _require_shrink or something that
will check if growfs knows about shrinking and the kernel does too.

IIRC the current growfs program won't even try to call the kernel if the
-D argument is smaller than the fs, right?  You might be able to test if
xfs_growfs -D 0 returns "data size 0 too small" vs. "invalid argument".

Either way, now would be a good time to send your xfsprogs patches to
the list as an RFC.
