I would rather prefer something like 

if (unlikely(rx_pkt_len == 0 || rx_pkt_len > entry->queue->data_size)) {
 	/* Process error in rt2x00lib_rxdone() */
	rxdesc->size = rx_pkt_len;
	return;
}
