IEEE Drafts sometimes make non-backward-compatible changes. This change brings us up to date with the language in Draft 7.0 that was ratified and will be published as IEEE 802.11be-2024. So if anything breaks, it is because it hasn't been updated from the draft to the ratified standard. /jeff
