[PATCH] wifi: rtw88: fix RX filter in FIF_ALLMULTI flag

The broadcast packets will be filtered in the FIF_ALLMULTI flag in
the original code, which causes beacon packets to be filtered out
and disconnection. Therefore, we fix it.
