[PATCH] [v2] wifi: ath10k: consistently use kstrtoX_from_user() functions

Use 'kstrtoul_from_user()', 'kstrtobool_from_user()' and
'kstrtoint_from_user()' where appropriate and thus avoid
some code duplication.
