[PATCH v5 1/5] wifi: ath11k: add support to select 6 GHz regulatory type

There are 3 types of regulatory rules for AP mode and 6 type for
station mode. Add wmi_vdev_type and ieee80211_ap_reg_power to
select the exact reg rules.

Tested-on: WCN6855 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.HSP.1.1-03125-QCAHSPSWPL_V1_V2_SILICONZ_LITE-3.6510.23
