I am resending the patches after rewrite. i received many comments and I hope I covered them all. please let me know if I missed any of your comments or suggestion. This patch should apply to 2.6.21-rc5

The following patches will add IEEE 802.11n support to mac80211. It will
add basic support like add IEEE 802.11n data structures, discovering
80211n network, association with 11n AP and 11n management action frame
handling.
