wmx0 device not found

I just got a new laptop with the 6150 built in due to the linuxwimax.org site being down I copied everything from my old laptop (which wimax was working fine with) and found install instructions here?http://lists.linuxwimax.org/pipermail/wimax/2011-April/001264.html?I did everything but copying the git and creating a new kernel and after a reboot and starting wimaxd I get?E: device wmx0 does not exist further looking at?dmesg |grep 2400[ ?304.775773] usbcore: registered new interface driver i2400m_usbthat's all that shows no device is ready or anything please let me know if you need any other logs?
