Intel 6250 lost connection

I have absolutely the same problem. Moreover after losing the connection attempt
to connect fails with the message that no networks found. I try to make scan
again and have the message that no networks found again. Executing # wimaxll -i
wmx0 reset helps, so then I can connect again.
I'd tried to do $ ping -i 3 yahoo.com in separate window shell after the
successful connection but it didn't help.
I'm using Debian linux with 2.6.38 kernel. I also compiled latest apps from the
Linux Wimax site.
The difference between the case above is in different ISP. I use COMSTAR network.
Any suggestions?
