I have ubuntu 64 bits, current kernel 2.6.35-23. After applying the patch http://lists.linuxwimax.org/pipermail/wimax/2010-October/001021.html from Paul Donohue, I had successfully compiled wimax service. I had installed: i2400m firmware 1.5.0 WiMAX Tools 1.4.4 WiMAX Network Service 1.5.1 WPA Supplicant 0.7.2 with WPA Supplicant 0.7.x patch 1.5.1 When I start in console 1 sudo wimaxd -i wmx0 I get: AppSrv is ready ! Act_FullRestart! Act_DriverDeviceStatus - DRIVER_UP When I start in console 2 sudo wimaxcu connect network 21 in console 1 wimaxd tells me: ACTRL-EVENT-EAP-STARTED EAP authentication started Sending EapResponse. Data size: 25 CTRL-EVENT-EAP-PROPOSED-METHOD vendor=0 method=13 CTRL-EVENT-EAP-METHOD EAP vendor 0 method 13 (TLS) selected Sending EapResponse. Data size: 10 CTRL-EVENT-EAP-FAILURE EAP authentication failed After that wimaxcu signals Connection failure Could anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you very much in advance.
