Hi! Please, consider applying attached patches. wpa_supplicant.patch.patch is against wpa_supplicant-0.7.2-generate-libeap-peer.patch. It changes include dir because all sources actually include <eap_peer/...> so no need to have ${prefix}/include/eap_peer in the search path, and if you install libeap to a non-standard prefix, it's good to have {$prefix}/include in the search path. (BTW, README for this patch in the Download section of the website is outdated.) Two others are against wimax-network-service git tree. The first one removes all files generated by bootstrap and configure (and fixes .gitignore).
