Wimax cards for laptop

As far as I know, Intel-based card are only sold bundled into laptops
due to regulatory reasons. Some are available as spares over the
Internet, but we can't vouch for those. 

You must be careful if you decide to go that route, as some minipcie
slots in desktop and laptops don't provide either USB connectivity or if
they do, enough power for the card to function.
