None of the Linux WiMAX releases (1.4 or 1.5--which you should be using)
have been tested or configured to work with Mobily's network. There is
no preprovisioning information for them in the XML configuration files
(/var/lib/wimax/WiMAX_DB.bin).

You would have to provide your own configuration settings for it in the
XML DM tree.
