Sorry Brandon, I thought I had replied to this already

Looks more or less like what we have in the main distribution -- I don't
know if there is format breakage or not, so I reproduce in here what we
have in the 1.4 src distribution.

<EAP>
<x0>
<METHOD_TYPE>EAP_TLS</METHOD_TYPE>
<VENDOR_ID>13</VENDOR_ID>
<VENDOR_TYPE>13</VENDOR_TYPE>
<USER_IDENTITY></USER_IDENTITY>
<PROVISIONED_PSEUDO_IDENTITY></PROVISIONED_PSEUDO_IDENTITY>
<PASSWORD></PASSWORD>
<REALM>clearwire-wmx.net</REALM>
<USE_PRIVACY>False</USE_PRIVACY>
<ENCAPS></ENCAPS>
<VFY_SERVER_REALM>False</VFY_SERVER_REALM>
<SERVER_REALMS></SERVER_REALMS>
<CERT>
<x0>
<CERT_TYPE></CERT_TYPE>
</x0>
<x1>
<CERT_TYPE></CERT_TYPE>
</x1>
</CERT>
</x0>
</EAP>
