The driver builds and works in any >= 2.6.22. I haven't tested .27-rcX yet, 
though.

< 2.6.22 won't work, don't bother. You'll have to backport it by yourself
if you want to do it.

The driver works with the Intel WiMAX Wireless Connection 2400.
