This is a series of fixes and cleanups for the dwc2 driver. It fixes some occasional crashes I had been seeing, and also makes the driver work on the Raspberry Pi with the mainline kernel, once some additional DT support is added (not upstream yet). I think this should make the driver pretty close to mainlineable too.
