[RFC v2 0/1] Fix xHCI NULL pointer deref

This patchset breaks out the one real bug fix patch from the Klockwork
"security issues" patchset.  It should be applied to usb-linus and
queued for stable, as it handles a real potential NULL pointer
deference.
