The short reply is at 138 in the wireshark log.
For what it is worth, when I was searching for info on read format
capacities (or is it capabilities) I came came across this code in netBSD
ftp://ftp.es.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-release-5-0/src/usr.sbin/mmcformat/mmcformat.c
This appears to read the 12 byte header first then read the rest of data
when it knows the length. I don't know if this is relevant.
