Hi folks, after these patches there are only 3 drivers (plus usbcore) making references to DMA_ADDR_INVALID. Those UDC drivers need to be converted to usb_gadget_map/unmap_request before we can remove DMA_ADDR_INVALID. Please review these patches carefully. I have compile-tested what I could with allmod and allyesconfig.
