In v3.4-rc1~184^2~21^2~9 (xHCI: store ring's type, 2012-03-05)
consumer was replaced by the boolean value (ring->type == TYPE_EVENT).
In b63f4053 the ring is xhci->cmd_ring which has type TYPE_COMMAND, so
consumer should be false.
