xHCI: handle command after aborting the command ring
to 3.2.y. A simple cherry-pick doesn't compile because the inc_deq()
function requires a 3rd argument ('consumer'), and I don't know what the
correct value would be. Please provide a backported version or just let
me know the correct value of consumer would be.
