Hi all,
This patch series contains EHCI and OHCI platform drivers conversions,
allowing quite some EHCI and OHCI platform drivers to be deleted.
While converting, Alan Stern asked me to fold some cleanups and fixes in the
EHCI and OHCI platform drivers, these changes have now been addressed.
Changes since v2:
- removed ohci-ppc-soc driver
- moved common Alchemy USB routines to arch/mips/alchemy/common
- converted EHCI and OHCI platform drivers to use devm_ helpers
- changed EHCI and OHCI platform drivers to use dev_err instead of pr_err
- improved some commit messages
- fixed no_io_watchdog to be called *after* ehci_setup()
- moved ohci_{suspend,resume} out of the #ifdef CONFIG_PM block
Changes since v1:

- changed the logic regarding need_io_watchdog
- fixed arch/ files not using {e,o}hci-platform despite their "conversion"
- updated more defconfigs
- cleaned up OHCI HCD driver
