OK.

Also even wrt. the two quick connect or disconnect events, the hub
driver can handle it correctly with the change. The effect on the
situation is that the hub will be resumed and suspended one more
time if and only if two hubs without any devices attached are connected
or disconnected quickly but with a bit interval into the hub under
discussion, IMO.
