I'm connecting a Logitech H530 USB Audio headset and a Logitech C910 webcam to an Asrock K10N78M Pro with an NVIDIA Corporation MCP78S [GeForce 8200] chipset & ECHI controller. After being in a video conference for a while with Vidyo or Skype (using both the webcam and headset), the USB subsystem starts spewing errors and eventually locks up: mainline kernel v3.6-rc6-25-g4651afb Sep 18 15:44:26 denebix kernel: [16492.588995] delay: estimated 0, actual 160 Sep 18 15:45:04 denebix kernel: [16530.281438] timeout: still 2 active urbs on EP #1 Sep 18 15:45:04 denebix kernel: [16530.281451] cannot submit urb 0, error -22: internal error ...repeated many times... I've attached full logs, lspci, lsusb, etc here: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47651 I suspect the Logitech H530 headset is the one that runs into problems, as during the last crash that one went out, whereas the C910 webcam was still sending video.
