Okay, good.  I was hoping you could make sure that the dwc3 driver 
implements the new behavior.

That's an excellent question.  I really don't know the answer.  It
should be discussed with gadget authors who use isochronous endpoints
in their drivers.  Also, Felipe might have some ideas.
