How about:

	depends on USB_ISP1301 || !(ARCH_LPC32XX || ARCH_PNX4008)

or

	depends on USB_ISP1301 || !ARCH_LPC32XX

resp.? (Emulates "depends on USB_ISP1301 if ARCH_LPC32XX".)
