Thanks for the reply.

If I connect the USB 2.0 Device directly to the USB 3.0 Port (without the SS Hub ), it works fine.
It even works fine if i connect the same USB 2.0 Device through a SS Hub connected to USB 2.0 port (EHCI root hub).

the Problem comes if i connect the same USB 2.0 Device through a SS Hub connected to USB 3.0 port (XHCI root hub).

The address command is rejected by the device. What happens if you plug 
the device to EHCI controller or to xHCI root hub (without the SS hub)?
