How do you know your log is similar to the OP's? How can you even have seen the OP's log if you don't know where the original bug report was posted? > On startup when I modprobe usb-ohci it works; on > re-connect there comes this message: > > ohci_hcd: USB 1.1 'Open' Host Controller (OHCI) Drive > ep93xx-ohci ep93xx-ohci: EP93xx OHCI > ep93xx-ohci ep93xx-ohci: new USB bus registered, assi > ep93xx-ohci ep93xx-ohci: irq 56, io mem 0x80020000 > usb usb1: New USB device found, idVendor=1d6b, idProd > usb usb1: New USB device strings: Mfr=3, Product=2, S > usb usb1: Product: EP93xx OHCI > usb usb1: Manufacturer: Linux 3.4.0 ohci_hcd > usb usb1: SerialNumber: ep93xx > hub 1-0:1.0: USB hub found > hub 1-0:1.0: 3 ports detected > usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 2 using ep9 > usb 1-1: New USB device found, idVendor=16c0, idProdu > usb 1-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=0, Se > usb 1-3: new full-speed USB device number 3 using ep9 > usb 1-3: New USB device found, idVendor=0a12, idProdu > usb 1-3: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=0, Se > usb 1-1: USB disconnect, device number 2 > usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 4 using ep9 > usb 1-1: New USB device found, idVendor=16c0, idProdu > usb 1-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, Se > usb 1-1: Product: QHY5-CMOS > usb 1-1: Manufacturer: QHY_CAMS > NET: Registered protocol family 10 That's the part where it worked during startup? > Please press Enter to activate this console. usb 1-1: > usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 5 using ep9 > usb 1-1: no configurations > usb 1-1: can't read configurations, error -22 > usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 6 using ep9 > usb 1-1: no configurations > usb 1-1: can't read configurations, error -22 And that's the part where it failed later on? Can you collect a usbmon trace showing what happens when you plug the device in and it fails?
