I've applied this series and pushed everything to linux-ci, branch ci. I've also killed for-felipe, because it was misnamed. >From now on, all the new chipidea patches will go to ci branch in linux-ci tree. I'll take the liberty to do minor modifications to the patches as well as resolving minor conflicts. Currently, the ci branch is based on Linus' master HEAD, since there's no tag with chipidea patches yet. After -rc1 is released, I'll rebase ci branch on top of -rc1 and will not be rebasing it any more.
