Thanks for your review.

I'm planning to make more changes, so there is no problem to reroll
the patchset.  I'll try to address your comments the next round, it
may take some time, though.  If you have more, please let me know.

Greg, would you mind to drop the last five patches (or at least two
patches commented) from usb-next?
