There's 11 bug fix patches on my for-usb-linus-queue branch, and
I'd like to make sure that the fixes for one xHCI host vendor don't
break another vendor's host controller.

Can you please pull and test on your various host controllers (TI, NEC,
AMD, VIA)?  Elric, I especially want to confirm that the simplified
patches we agreed to fix your hibernate issues on the VIA host
controller.

I will be testing on the Intel xHCI host on Monday, and I'll send these
patches off to Greg if no one objects by then.
