I am almost done writing driver for usb-to-serial-convertor.

What do you mean by “usb-to-serial-converter”?

I developped it against kernel version 3.0.8. What do I need to do to submitit to the kernel code ?

Rebase and test it on the newest release from Linus (at the time of writing
that is 3.3-rc3), then read Documentation/SubmittingPatches to know what to
do. When sending, you'll have to CC at least linux-usb and linux-kernel
and probably Greg KH of Felipe.
