Well, with dwc3 we have tested g_mass_storage, g_zero, g_serial, g_audio
and the UAS gadget which will be merged on v3.4 merge window.

Of course it should support anything, because that's how the API is
written. May I ask which platform you're planning to use DWC3 with ?
When can we see your glue layer popping up for merge ?
