Any other comments on the cdc-wdm bits of this series (with the unlocked
manage_power change)?

And are there any additional devices which should initially be included
in the net driver device list, or should that be left for people to find
out using the sysfs "new_id"?  I assume that there are a number of Gobi
devices which could benefit from this driver once ModemManager gets
native QMI support :-)
