Ok, I can merge those two patches.

I'm thinking about sending these off, despite the PCI suspend and
device-initiated resume race condition we've been talking about.  I
think the current xHCI driver has the same race condition.  This
patchset just brought it to my attention, so I don't see a need to wait
on a race condition solution to merge this.
