Android doesn't have udev, so you have to create the /dev/sda, /dev/sdax
nodes manually. You can simply get the major and minor number from them
from the sysfs at /sys/block/sdx/dev and /sys/block/sdx/sdxy/dev.
Also note that the partition information will not be automatically
reloaded if something changes, so you have to call the BLKRRPART ioctl
too, if something changes (for example it's an SD card reader and you
have inserted a new sd card in it).
I'm actualy writing an app to automate these things atm. I don't know
whether the ueventd in android can be teached to be more clever with usb
devices.

This mass storage device is FAT32 formatted.But unfortunately, when I
try to check for the /dev/sda1 I don't find any node created. Also
with the USB debug messages enabled, I get so many messages stating
"queuecommand called" repeatedly and at last stating no medium present.
The messages are being attached as a text file.
So, I will be very much thankful, if i find some support in resolving
my issues.
