OK, I got some time to do this to now, but chose to send only the single
most important patch:  The device match.

I will continue to send minor fixes for the driver as I find them, but
as far as I know there are no show stoppers left.  So I will pause for a
while to let things settle.  And maybe try to follow up on the netdev
side as well.  Marcel has already wished for raw IP support, and that
could be fun to look at once the current driver skeleton is in :-)
